• Recruit volunteer curators to add ongoing new reports, data and evidence as they are produced
• Add old reports, data and evidence produced in early part of 2024 before the project launched
• Add old reports, data and evidence for 2023 and previous years (this may take some time!)
• Recruit curators within organisations to record the full organisation archive

• Funding bid submitted successful for initial set up
• Crowdfunding/donations for ongoing running costs
