==Contributors==
To contribute to Transport Knowledge Wiki you must have an account. 

Editing without an account has been disabled. 

As of 3 July 2026, accounts must be requested and approved before being created. 

You do not have to enter your real name or any personal information as part of your username or the request for an account, but where personal information is supplied it will be used to verify the account request is genuine.

==Authors==
The Transport Knowledge Wiki catalogues resources and makes links between them based on publisher, author, location, keywords and other relevant links. No information beyond what is necessary for this purpose is recorded for authors. 

Only names are recorded for authors and no further personal information for any author is recorded. Middle names or initials are not recorded unless they are required to help separately identify two people with the same name.

Date of birth, location, resume and other personal details are not recorded for authors.

Authors are only linked to documents on which they appear as published authors. No further linking is done. For example, authors are not explicitly linked to organisations. 

Links to external profiles such as orcid.org can be recorded.

Upon request, the names of authors can be removed from publication records.
